The JPEG To size program installer will automatically detect whether you have it already installed in your system or not and will give you the option to initiate the online install for the .NET Framework from Microsoft's site. This is a free download from Microsoft and it enables you to utilize the powerful features and security enhancements from the .NET Framework 2.0.

If you don't already have it installed, and wish to manually install the .NET Framework 2.0 you can download it from Microsoft's web site here.
